Harry Chua - a Ginoong Albay 2004 Candidate?

I read news about Harry Chua of "Ang Lalaki sa Parola" and he mentioned about his joining (and losing) the Search G. Albay 2004.

The event, which was organized by Flora Dania, was held at Albay Astrodome sometime in October 2004 where actor James Blanco was the special guest.

Although it coincided with the Legazpi Fiesta celebration, sad to say, it was a big flop. There were only less than a hundred who watched the show.

I was having my vacation in Albay so i was able to watch the pageant and took some pictures. Maybe, Harry Chua is one of the candidates i didn't notice.
