A family that prays together.....

I am so fortunate to have a very well-knit family. Kahit hindi kami mayaman, I value the norms that my parents instill to us and the value of respect to other people.

My father, being the most influential man in the family who worked in a government agency, attended to our needs at all times. Kahit kapos kami sa pera, he see to it na lahat ng pangangailangan namin ay kanyang binibigay. There were times na walang-wala talaga kami. At night, I always checked my father’s wallet and pocket lalo na bago matulog, then I couldn’t sleep if its empty, kasi wala kaming pambaon kinabukasan sa school…but then, maaga siyang nagigising para gumawa ng paraan para sa baon namin.

Sa pagdating niya galing sa trabaho, I always waited at the gate of our house.

He taught us to be respectful to all. All through the years, wala akong nakitang matinding away nilang mag-asawa. Nag-sasagutan sila, pero my father mellowed down palagi.

Isang huwarang ama, mabait, tahimik at mapagmahal. For him, everything must be done in harmony.

When I was 3 years old, nagkaroon ng engkwentro ang mga military at NPA mismo sa tapat ng bahay naming. Although bata pa ako, I’d seen how my parents protect us from stray bullets hitting our house. Sumisigaw ang mother ko habang nakadapa kami with my father covering us all. It was a nightmare, pero my father was so brave enough at sa awa ng Diyos, walang nasaktan sa amin.

Every Sunday, kailangan sama-sama kami sa church.

Never siyang nagkaroon ng affairs with other.

He supported us until the four of us got our own college degrees without seeing any disappointment to him at all.

Saan ka man naroroon, Happy Father’s Day Papa and I Love You…..

Fathers..Then and Now

Fathers Then and Now

Fathers of 1900 didn't have it nearly as good as fathers of today; but they did have a few advantages:

In 1900, a father's horsepower meant his horses.
Today, it's the size of his minivan.

In 1900, if a father put a roof over his family's head, he was a success.
Today, it takes a roof, deck, pool, and 4-car garage. And that's just the vacation home.

In 1900, a father waited for the doctor to tell him when the baby arrived.
Today, a father must wear a smock, know how to breathe, and make sure film is in the video camera.

In 1900, fathers could count on children to join the family business.
Today, fathers pray their kids will soon come home from college long enough to teach them how to work the computer and set the VCR.

In 1900, a father smoked a pipe.
If he tries that today, he gets sent outside after a lecture on lip cancer.

In 1900, fathers shook their children gently and whispered, "Wake up, it's time for school."
Today, kids shake their fathers violently at 4 a.m., shouting: "Wake up, it's time for hockey practice."

In 1900, a father came home from work to find his wife and children at the supper table.
Today, a father comes home to a note: "Jimmy's at baseball, Cindy's at gymnastics, I'm at adult-Ed, Pizza in fridge."

In 1900, fathers and sons would have heart-to-heart conversations while fishing in a stream.
Today, fathers pluck the headphones off their sons' ears and shout, "WHEN YOU HAVE A MINUTE.."

In 1900, a father gave a pencil box for Christmas, and the kid was all smiles.
Today, a father spends $800 at Toys 'R' Us, and the kid screams: "I wanted Sega!"

In 1900, a Father's Day gift would be a hand tool.
Today, he'll get a digital organizer.

In 1900, a happy meal was when Father shared funny stories around the table.
Today, a happy meal is what Dad buys at McDonald's.

In 1900, a father was involved if he spanked the kid now and then.
Today, a father's involved only if he coaches Little League and organizes Boy Scouts and car pools.

In 1900, when fathers entered the room, children often rose to attention.
Today, kids glance up and grunt, "Dad, you're invading my space."

My Guardian Angel.. ROCHEL

Guardians are the Angels that are assigned to a particular human being. Our own Personal Guardian Angel! They join us at birth and helps move over into the other world when we part the earthly plane. They defend us when we’re in trouble, guide us in the right direction according to our life plan, give us small insights into how things are, and inspire us to live better lives. Our Guardian Angels are constantly in touch with any and all of the angels. They pass messages along to the relevant parties, if we ask for help from our Guardian Angel, they assist us, and call on other angels too for help.

Although the Church has never defined that every individual soul has a guardian angel, I am sure between me and God is a guardian angel who has a mission to fulfill for me at all times.

Angels do not only act as the executors of God’s wrath against the ‘cities of the plain’, it is clearly stated in the Old Testament that angels are God’s ministries who carried out his behest and who were at times given special commissions regarding men and mundane affairs.

My angel’s name is Rochel (the fifth angel of the Angels) …

He governs fame, fortune and inheritance. He rules over magistrates and lawyers. Rochel also brings the light to find what we have lost, or what was stolen, and to discover the thieves.

As my guardian angel, he enlightens my mind so that I may find what I have lost, that’s why I get rid of the burden of the past, and reconsider what is available at present . Rochel gives me strength to stop playing different roles in order to find my true self. I discover that I have strength and talents which I didn’t even suspect when I was a kid.

Rochel wants me to discover qualities that will lead me to success and personal harmony and he wants me to use it to help others without bragging anything.

Rochel always reminds me to be creative and productive. Although I cannot control my being so sensitive sometimes, he helps me to be imaginative, yet pragmatic, loyal and dependable, just like what he does to Mikhail Gorbachev, Alexander Graham Bell, Rex Harrisson and Jean Harlow.

Buod

Sa movie na Moreno, ang karakter na si Cris ay nagpunta sa isang remote village sa Mindanao para magdokumento ng kalagayan ng mga kababaihang members ng isang tribe doon. ang director ng ngo na si Mawen, kaibigan ni Cris, ay tumutulong to educate and empower the women of that indigenous tribe para they can cope with poverty. kasi sa community nila kung saan ang mga lalaki ay allowed legally to have several wives, para sa second, third and fourth wife ay medyo aping-api ang kanilang kalagayan... Mawen wants Cris, through his documentary, to be able to show how the community still needs help, specially the women, the young barely schooled women...
Ang kaso, si Cris may emotional and psychological baggage from a failed queer relationship in manila.

The Better Side of the Philippines

The following was written by INTEL General Manager Robin Martin about the
Philippines:

Filipinos (including the press, business people and myself) tend to dwell too much on the negative side, and this affects the perception of foreigners, even the ones who have lived here for a while. The negative perception of the Philippines is way disproportionate to reality when compared to countries like Columbia, Egypt, Middle East, Africa, etc.

Let us all help our country by balancing the negative with the positive especially when we talk to foreigners, whether based here or abroad.

Looking back and comparing the Philippines today and 1995 (the year I came back), I was struck by how much our country has progressed physically.

Consider the following:

1. The great telecom infrastructure that we have now did not exist in 1995. 1995 was the year the telecom industry was deregulated. Since then billions of dollars have been invested in both fixed line and cellular networks producing a system with over 5,000 kms of fiber optic backbone at a world competitive cost. From a fixed line capacity of about 900,000 in 1995 we now have over 7 million. Cellular phones practically did not exist in 1995; now we have over 11 million line capacity.

2. The MRT, many of the EDSA flyovers (including the Ayala Avenue flyover), the SKYWAY, Rockwell and Glorietta 4, the Fort, NAIA terminal 2 and most of the new skyscrapers were not yet built in 1995.

3. If you drive to the provinces, you will notice that national roads are now of good quality (international quality asphalt roads). I just went to Iba, Zambales last week and I was impressed that even a not so frequently traveled road was of very good quality.

4. Philippine exports have increased by 600% over the past eight years. There are many, many more examples of progress over the last eight years. Philippine mangoes are now exported to the US and Europe.

Additional tidbits to make our people prouder:

1. INTEL has been in the Philippines for 28 years. The Philippines plant is where Intel's most advanced products are launched, including the Pentium IV. By the end of 2002, Philippine operations became Intel's biggest assembly and testing operations worldwide.

2. TEXAS INSTRUMENTS has been operating in Baguio for over 20 years. The
Baguio plant is the largest producer of DSP chips in the world. DSP chips are the brains behind cellphones. TI's Baguio plant produces the chip that powers 100% of all NOKIA cellphones and 80% of Erickson cellphones in the world.

3. TOSHIBA laptops are produced in Santa Rosa, Laguna.

4. If you drive a BENZ, BMW, or a VOLVO, there is a good chance that the
ABS system in your car was made in the Philippines.

5. TREND-MICRO, makers of one of the top anti virus software PC-Cillin (I may have mispelled this) develops its "cures" for viruses' right here in Eastwood Libis, Quezon City. When a virus breaks in any computer system in the world, they try to find a solution within 45 minutes of finding the virus.

6. Today a majority of the top ten U.S. Call Center firms in the U.S. have set up operations in the Philippines. This is one area in which I believe we are the best in the world in terms of value for money.

7. America Online (AOL) has 1,000 people in Clark answering 90% of AOL's global e-mail inquiries.

8. PROCTOR & GAMBLE has over 400 people right here in Makati (average age
23 years) doing back-up office work to their Asian operations including finance, accounting, Human Resources and payments processing.

9. Among many other things it does for its regional operations network in the Asia-Pacific region here in Manila, CITIBANK also does its global ATM programming locally.

10. This is the first year ever that the Philippines will be exporting cars in quantity courtesy of FORD Philippines. (I have an idea this article was written between 2001 - 2002, so this operation should have been on-going for the last 3 years or so. CYN)

11. The government is shedding off graft and corruption slowly but surely. This is the first time in our history that a former president is in jail and facing charges of plunder. Despite all odds, we are still pursuing the ill-gotten wealth of Marcos now enjoyed by his unrepentant heirs.

Next time you travel abroad and meet business associates tell them the good news. A big part of our problem is perception and one of the biggest battles can be won simply by believing and by making others believe.

This message is shared by good citizens of the Philippines who persevere to hope and work for our country.

The "Embassy" Show

The Independence Day celebration in Riyadh last Friday was the most less-attended celebration I ever attended. If I have foreseen that it would be boring and time-consuming, maybe I could have shifted to my other priorities of the day.

Since the new ambassador assumed his post early this year, there are many community-serviced organizations who were disappointed with the restrictions that the new embassy administration imposed.

The embassy is the only place where Filipinos in Riyadh could feel that they are not bored, homesick and alone. It could also be the place where men and women can talk and have fun freely.

If an organization will stage a quality entertainment show, kailangan nila ng mahigit 20,000 SR (240,000 pesos) para sa gastusin sa sound system, stage, costumes, embassy charges ( yes, nag charge sila for janitorial, electricity, etc.).

So with that big amount, of course kailangan ng isang non-profit organization na gumawa ng paraan to raise funds. Unlike sa Pilipinas, most establishments/companies in Saudi Arabia do not give financial support when they are being asked to sponsor shows. They can only give free products. Likewise, selling of tickets is now prohibited by the Ministry, kaya nahinto yong bentahan ng admission tickets sa loob ng Embassy Ground.

It was during the time of Ambassador Rafael Seguis, now DFA USEC, that the Filipino community in Riyadh started to enjoy their stay in the Kingdom because he made it sure that the Filipinos will have some recreations and gatherings at the Embassy always. And that made him a well-loved ambassador. He opens the embassy to Filipinos. This kind gesture of a Filipino public servant continued up to the administration of Ambassador Bahnarim Guinomla, albeit the complains received from nearby Embassies about the too much crowd and noise. The two ambassadors had won the support of OFWs.

Lately, we have experienced some misbehavior of Embassy officials and staff.

We have experienced sarcastic treatment from the Building Administrator, Guard and other low-ranking employees.

Kailagan aw ganoon palagi ang address sa kanila because they are working at the Embassy.

I just hope somebody will be brave enough to complain this matter to higher authority.

Going back doon sa show last night, although napagtiyagan naman, we cannot control ourselves to mock those performers na talagang aliw na aliw kami. There were more technical problems, lalo na sa microphones.

We were impressed by the new talents of RAGI, pero mukhang nakakasawa na rin yong mga dati nilang members.

The show started late and since it was Friday, marami ang umuwing maaga dahil sa work kinabukasan.

As usual, Cyndy dela Cruz stood out during the first part of the program with her rendition of Dakilang Lahi. Cyndy is now a member of Asosasyon ng mga Pilipinong Mang-aawit (APM).

Remembering Centennial Independence Day

I still remember the last independence day celebration I spent in the Philippines. Yon yong Centennial celebration (1998).

Gosh… ang tagal na pala…

To avoid experiencing the influx of celebrants to Manila, we decided to travel to Baguio with few friends..

Joshua, JV and Anthony – (considered as our “alagas”) and Glen.

Joshua, who is Glen’s favorite, hails from Pangasinan taking up Nursing sa University Belt.

We stayed in Supreme Hotel, at habang may celebration sa Luneta, we invade Baguio.

We rented taxi for the whole day.. We went to PMA, Chinese Temple, a cave ( I forgot the name), and last stop is Burnham’s Park, where we enjoyed horseback riding.

We enjoyed our overnight stay sa Baguio dahil na rin sa dami ng tao.

"Happy Birthday" means much more....

Dearest,

On your day just want to say
That you can count on me
To be with you until the end:
Just wait and you will see!

You're the strand on which I silent write
Before my dreams are swept far out to sea.
In you there's room to canter and run free,
Restoring my lost sense of space and light.
To me you are a place where I can stay,
Hanging out to watch the rush of time,
Drawing in the sand a lazy line
Along which I can go my own sweet way.

I wish for you, a happy day
For lots of love, to come your way
May your heart be filled with cheer
That will last, thorugh the coming year

Best wishes from my heart, sent your way
Hoping that much joy, be yours today
This special prayer for you, I will say
"God bless you" on your very special day.

"Happy Birthday" means much more
Than have a happy day.

Within these words lie lots of things
I never get to say.

It means you mean a lot to me,
And that I'm proud of you.

Terms of Un-Endearment

Its more than a month that the Ruffayah-Ylmas has been the core of showbiz intrigues and selling like hot cakes after the Kris-James-Hope brouhaha.

As a matter of fact, Kris Aquino thanked Ruffa for making her life in serenity because people savor more Ruffa’s marriage on the rock than Kris-James marital problem.

As the news escalate from Ruffa’s confession to divorce Ylmas to her admission of unpublished marriage to Richard Daloia, there were many people meddling and make feast of every exclusive news… more scoops and explosive revelations unveiled publicly.

Now, its not only the Gutierrez family involved, but its Ruffa-Annabel-Ylmas-Dolly Ann. Branded as Brutus-Bruhilda war.

Recently, Ylmas declared all-out-war with Ruffa saying that he is ready to play games with Ruffa where in the end, both of them will be losers.

Ruffa answers Ylmas point-by-point and revealed the real agony she experienced during their 7 year old relation.

Dolly Ann feels vindicated about the truth of her articles about Ruffa’s previous marriage and Ylmas family business. She exposed Ruffa’s previous marriage to Richard Daloia in Nevada in 2001.

But then the saga doesn’t stop. One accusing each other. Garbage in the closets are out.. Ano ba kayang baho ang ilalabas???? Abangan natin ang No 1 soap operang ito…..

Here are some comments from readers:

i believe ruffa that yilmaz made all those threats. sino ba ang hindi magwawala upon discovering that ang wife mo pala ay asawa ng iba at ikaw ay kabit lang? this, after you have showered all sorts of luxuries on your wife, as in you gave her everything she wanted. whether yilmaz is intent on following through or not, remains to be seen. but i repeat, any guy in yilmaz's position regardless of nationality, religious affiliation, or country of origin would fly into such a rage. – Liwayway

ikinasal si ruffa kay richard daloia in 1999, she met ylmaz in 2000..she filed for a divorce against richard in 2002.. ruffa & ylmaz gor married in 2004.. ang bilis naman ng pangyayari.. she said that when she was young.. she did a lot of crazy things like getting married in las vegas and eventually having discreet relationship(s) while still legally married.. what about now? do u think karma has something to do with all the troubles she's goin through?? – Tiya Dely

– Ivy Ivan

i know it's a shame to find sheer pleasure and amusement with all thats happening with the people in the show biz industry, particularly Greta and Ruffa. its not nice at all too to make a complete mockery out their condition and add insult to the injury but on second thought i find it rather completely entertaining how these 2 women really live their pagiging "show biz" literally. todo na eh.
im not a big fan of Ruffa nor Gretta nor am i interested in bashing at their crooked peronalities. i leave it to the other pepters! pero naloka ako sa interview ng lola Ruffa niyo. i know this issue about Ruffa and Ylmaz will linger on for quite a while and overly redundant na pero sa dami ng chance niyo to speak the truth mantakin niyong ngayon pa siya kuno nagkalakas ng loob to tell the truth, at least sa akala niya. eh susme di nga alam ng mudra niyang si Annabelle na kinasal siya. ang dami niyang pasabog bigla na negative kay Ylmaz. typical na pangontra pero sayang, damaged na ang credibility ng lola niyo. – west tri

– pinay cali

Filipino consider showbiz news as part of their daily lives.. Siguro, nakasanayan na natin ang sumagap ng tsismis at gawin itong almusal, pananghalian at hapunan… we are critics of other’s failures and weaknesses, pero ang hindi natin alam may mga similar instances din tayo gaya ng nangyayari sa iba.. Sabi nga sa bible. “He who have no sin, can cast the first stone”…

Ewan ko, basta bahala sila sa buhay nila, bahala din ako…..To Each his own....

Somewhere Down the Road....

“Eight members of a Saudi family were killed when their car was crushed by a speeding truck in the southwest of the kingdom..”

“An Oriya worker has been killed in a road accident in Saudi Arabia, one of his family members said here Wednesday. ...”

“ Filipino couple died in road mishaps..”

2,536 Road Accidents…. 256 died in just 5 months…….

These are the actual figures on the vehicular mishaps in Saudi Arabia from January – May 2007.

Among the fatalities are Filipinos, wherein according to the data of the Philippine embassy, the road accident is the second cause of death among Filipinos.

Just last week, I witness a car accident 30 meters away from our office. From the ringroad of the main street in Riyadh, a car fell down from the intersection bridge 15 meters above and the car was totally wrecked. Fortunately, no other car was hit down the road.

We have seen how the police tried to bring out the 2 passengers from the crammed car that took them almost an hour to take out the fatalities. There were kibitzers causing the traffic to build up from all directions, but nobody dared to give assistance.

It is the rule in Saudi Arabia that only paramedics are allowed to assist, and if you attempt to help, you might end up in jail. Although the nearest hospital is just 50 meters away, no ambulance nor first aid was given. We have seen how they pulled the body from the car and right on the street, even without giving first aid or paramedics in the area, they cover the body and declared as dead on the spot. When the paramedics arrived, the other casualty was not brought immediately to the nearest hospital, but was taken in a shaded area and given a temporary first aid.

When I saw what they did, I couldn’t imagine how sluggish the authorities in Riyadh to respond immediately.

For Filipinos, no mater how careful they are on the road, accidents are expected to happen anytime because of the carelessness of Saudis on the road. Worst, even if you are not causing the accident, you will end up in the loosing end – death or in the custody by the authority, perhaps for questioning or in jail.

Just like what happened to Soriano’s couple few months ago. Dr. Espie, as she was known for, was a very kind doctor in Al Rajhi Clinic. She had helped many Filipinos, including me, for medical treatment. Unlike the most numbered Egyptian doctors in Riyadh who will attend to you dismissively, Dr Espie assured the patients that they will get proper medications and therapy.

I remember when I consulted her in Olaya Clinic and asked to prescribe
me vitamins, she unabashly gave me “Centrum”, although our company does not permit anyone to take vitamins. And when I seek advice from her regarding my on-and-off colds, she made sure that I undergo x-ray before issuing medicine.

Later I learned that aside from being a good medical practitioner, she and her husband were also involved in community service, especially with the distressed and stranded OFWs.

Accidents had no warning, but sometimes premonition occurs. In our attempt to stay away from them, we are bound to accept the fact that sometimes it happens because we are being faced by circumstances that other people become so careless and innocent people turn into victims.

The common dogma of many Arabs is that “If its Allah’s will that someone dies by this way , so be it”… Our Company president is a true believer of Islam…That’s why our office and villa accommodation have no fire exit, no provision in case of disaster and do not care so much for our safety, except for the iniquitous medical benefits that the government obliged them to do…Higher officers deserves higher benefits… lower rank employees should be satisfied with just “Panadol” and “Flutab”!

Paint My Love

Basta masaya kaming nag kukuwentuhan about their excapades.. mga katarantaduhan, atbp.

That time, medyo payat pa ako, so I decided to work out sa Gym. Dito ko nakilala si Edwin, isang pintor. He lives at the back of Alimall. Nagkaroon kami ng relasyon at nag sama. He’s ten years older than me. He treated me nicely. Although alam sa kanila (his father is in military), pinakilala ako as his special someone. Naging close kami ng family niya. Tanggap ako ng mommy niya, but I doubt his father. Kasi parang sampal sa kanya to have a gay son.

Tumagal kami ng 2 taon and we live together…. Palipat-lipat…..Sa Basa Compound sa Libis before… (now Eastwood Libis)…. Sa New York Street sa Cubao…..Pero sadya atang promiscuous tayo, there was a time na I fell out of love sa kanya. Hinayaan niya ko to mingle with my friends sa mga outings, gimikan, etc. By the way, homebody lang siya kasi hilig niya talagang magpinta. Doon ako nagkaroon ng ibang contact with others. Naging unfaithful ako sa kanya. The worse, I decided to live with my hometown friend, Boyet, in Mandaluyong. Boyet is my classmate in college. Doon ako unti-unting na fall-out of love kay Edwin. We ended our relationship casually. He let me free kung saan daw ako masaya….

The Library Foundation

Halos pag uwi naming, palagi kaming may take-out. That time lahat sa akin parang fling lang. I want to enjoy being single…

We were invited to a seminar about MHM (Men having Sex with Men) – ito yong term noon sa Malate. We don’t want to be called gay, AC/DC, bading o kahit anong lingo. Doon naming ginawa sa Laguna. Naging close ako sa batch naming – Si Bong, Marlon, Danny and Mike. Doon nagsimulang mag-enjoy ako. Gimik dito… Gimik doon. Sa tagal naming naging close sa isat-isa, na we decided to rent a big apartment para walang hassle pag may take-home.

Halos walang humpay ang pag-gagala namin. Sa sinehan…. Disco…sing-along bar….

Bert – isang Ex-Saudi gym instructor. We both attracted dahil sa pareho kaming mahilig sa work-out. After he arrived fromSaudi, ako ang una niyang nakilala sa sinehan.

Me itsura, malambing and the biggest dick I ever seen.

Glen (actually limot ko na ang real name niya) – isa siyang waiter sa sing-along bar doon sa Men at Work. Actually si Bong ang may crush sa kanya, but I did the first move kaya napunta siya sa akin. All the while okey na kami.

By the way, Bong, my friend, worked as an agent sa construction materials.

Nagalit ako sa kanila, but I don’t want to loose our friendship dahil lang sa lalaki. This time, I let them go.

Rhey – kamukha siya ni Romnick..i met him sa SM City Cinema. Nanood kami ng last full show ng friends ko..alam niyo na ang milagrong nagaganap sa sinehan pag ganoong oras. Dahil nga sa hindi ako mapakali sa nakikita kong kakaibang eksena ng mga friends ko sa loob, I decided to stand doon sa likod para mapanood ko within my reach kung saang parte ng sinehan ang basta na lang may lulubog-lilitaw na ulo. Tuwang-tuwa ako pag nakikita ko na pagluminous ang paligid, with the aid of the light coming from the screen, dalawa ang nakikita kung ulong magkatabi na nakaupo and then pag biglang dumilim, biglang nawawala ang isa.

However, mukha siyang haggard at parang puyat. Sabi ko, pwede tong i-take home….So I took the first move…. Tumabi ako sa kanya and say Hi….. Well, I’m sure di niya ako type so I don’t insist na sundan niya. Besides, its his lost…not mine!

Sinabi ko sa kanila about this guy that I attempt to make friends, pero sabi ko mailap eh….

I smiled back at that was the right time I approached him… I offer a place sa amin. Rhey said sorry to me dahil doon sa pang iisnab niya sa akin.

Halata ko na hindi siya sanay for a man-to-man sex and I believe his stories na second time pa lang daw niyang ginawa yon.

RHEY FEELS DISAPPOINTED.

( see my previous posting)

Rhey confronted me at nagalit siya.

My determination to deny the existence of a problem allows an awkward situation to drag on. I keep hoping it will improve- or just prove irrelevant. Face facts, reach a decision and then choose a new route.

Childhood Experience

Relationships are never entirely easy. Even good, solid stable ones have stressful moments. But we survive to the fullest… making us stronger and learn from our own mistakes. We also make sacrifices… We all need to feel needed, we all want to feel wanted, we all love to feel loved… just like any ordinary person.

CHILDHOOD EXPERIENCE

Elementary pa lang ako I know I had a different sexual preference. I belong to a family where modesty and God-fearing subsist. We give too much respect sa parents namin (until now). Kaya yong life ko in a closet, medyo limitado.

I grew up to be discreet and my family didn’t know I had different sexual preference. I had inferiority that time. Ayokong maglaro ng basketbol coz im afraid they might think differently sa akin. I don’t want to be involved in any fight kasi ayokong masaktan. Limited yong mga sports ko, so I grew up not that athletic type…

Kapitbahay namin si Iggy (BTW, I was Grade 5 and he was 18 then). Katamtaman ang kulay niya, but he is the mestizo-type. Matipuno at talagang maraming nagkakagustong dalaga.

Halos araw-araw naming ginagawa iyon at walang nakakaalam.

Even his family, hindi siya maawat at mapagsabihan…Nobody dares to stop him from being a troublemaker.

At may age, i can’t figure out kung bakit ganoon siya. Is he also gay?

But I was wrong…. Pag masaya siya, he see to it na sa akin niya unang pinapadama. Palagi akong may bonus sa kanya.he.he.he. Tumagal yon until I reach high school. Walang iba sa buhay ko kundi siya. Masaya ako pag kasama siya kasi aside from my loving family, sa kanya ko naranasan ang sobrang pagmamahal.

Before I graduated sinabi niya sa akin na magpapakasal na sila ni Lili. Nagpaalam siya sa akin. Umiyak ako sa saya not because ayaw ko siyang mawala o mahinto ang aming relationship. Sabi ko, its time for him to settle kasi 23 na siya. Pero he promised me na andiyan pa rin siya at tuloy pa rin kaming dalawa. Ako ang naging abay nila sa kasal. Pero the night before his wedding, yon ang pinaka matindi at intimate naming sex. (Alam niyo na kung ano yon!)

When I started my college (sa province pa rin), Madalng na kaming nag se-sex.

At last nakatapos ako ng college, but months before my graduation, I met this young professor ng other school. His name is Fred. (BTW, siguro that was the time na na involve siya sa isang relationship which I admit napilitan lang ako dahil that time, sa kanya ako umaasa financially). Sinabi ko to kay Iggy ang lahat and he was able to help me.

After some merry making, inuman at kuwentuhan, medyo nalasing kaming tatlo. Sinabi sa kanya ni Iggy about our relationship. He let me go!

A moth after graduation, im ready to leave para makipagsapalaran sa Manila. Ignacio helped he a lot. Again, bago ako umalis, he let me feel how important I am sa kanya…
